We had already reported that director Ranjith of Attakathi fame is likely to direct a movie with Karthi. The newbie director has reportedly titled this venture as Kaali, a yesteryear Rajinikanth film. Also, the director has plans to finish the movie at a stretch of around 3 months. The shoot of the film will begin once the cast and crew are finalised. Kaali is touted to be a raw movie like Paruthiveeran.
Kaali is produced KE Gnanavel Raja under the banner of Studio Green Productions.
